On November 26, 2024, Hunt Memorial Hospital District (the “District”) will hold a public meeting at 5:00 p.m. The meeting will be held in the Boardroom on the sixth floor of Hunt Regional Medical Center located at 4215 Joe Ramsey Boulevard, E., Greenville, Texas. The purpose of this meeting is to give the citizens of Rockwall, Hunt and Collin Counties and the surrounding communities the opportunity to become acquainted with the proposed acquisition of a healthcare facility in Royse City, Texas and the refinance of certain outstanding debt. The District is applying for financing through the USDA Rural Development Community Facilities Program. Attendees will be able to ask questions and comment about the acquisition, general financing, economic impacts, service area, alternatives, and any other general inquiry.
