Dr. Asim Usman is board-certified in Internal Medicine and Palliative Care. He is the program director for the Internal Medicine Residency program at Hunt Regional Medical Center and previously served as the Chief Clinical Officer, Hospital Medicine, for Envision Physician Services.

He has also served as the National Hospital Medicine Quality Chairman and led the Value-Based Program for Envision Physician Services. Dr. Usman completed medical school at The Aga Khan University in Karachi, Pakistan. Dr. Usman finished his Internal Medicine Residency at the University of Illinois, College of Medicine at Peoria 1996.

He is married with four daughters. He has an interest in martial arts and being a barista at home.
